Also, I accomplished two more items on TDBL Time Dependent Bucket List:
- Got my weight to 199 this morning. First time in over 20 years been below 200. My highest was 236. I have lost 20 pounds since last fall. My playing weight is 185, not sure that is possible, but having a "1" as the first digit was my initial goal. How I did it was only looking at 5 pounds at a time and logged everything in a program called LoseIt!. When I looked at the entire goal it was overwhelming. I was close yesterday morning, so I went on a 50 mile bike ride to Round Hill, VA (beyond Purcelleville) and then got home on the mowed the yard. Spent 7 hours exercising to get that last pound I needed for an official weigh-in.
- I followed the logic my mother gave me - better known as Ruth Thompson Edstrom The Greatest Artist Who Ever Lived -- professional artist who was portrayed in this article -- which was the best life lesson she ever taught me -- divide et impera.
- Went fly fishing with Tim - blogged about earlier. Check out the photos and video here.
